That would be a tongue-in-cheek reference to the Kevin Smith film "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back"
Scene:
Jay (Jason Mewes) and Silent Bob (Kevin Smith) are at Holden MacNeil's (Ben Affleck) apartment demanding royalites for a script from a comic book that MacNeil (Affleck) wrote that used Jay and Silent Bob as it's inspiration for characters. The three are sitting at MacNeil's PC, surfing "moviepoopshoot.com" to find out more info about the film.
Holden MacNeil (reading a forum entry): Inside sources tell me that Miramax will begin production this Friday on their adaption of underground comic fav "Bluntman and Chronic".
Jay: *beep* does it say who's playing US in the movie?
HM: No, but it's Miramax, so I'm sure they'll use someone like Ben Affleck or Matt Damon... they put those guys in a lot of movies.
J: Who?
HM You know, those kids from "Good Will Hunting"
J:You mean that *beep* movie with Mork from Ork in it?
HM Yeah, I'm not a big fan either... but Affleck was the BOMB in Phantoms

Affleck, ack. I only watched/ enjoyed this because I didn't know who he was at the time. Wish I still didn't. But Peter O'Toole and that Liev fellow p'wned the movie, or whatever.
It was a stupid movie, but what more was expected? I'm glad it's on DVD.
Good to see other Kevin Smith fans in here...I had to watch this movie just to see what the hell they were talking about!
