The only thing i hear about this movie is that Affleck was da' bomb. Did he do some bad ass monster bashing or anything like that?

Yes. That's a line from Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Jay and Silent Bob managed to get on the set of Good Will Hunting 2 where Affleck plays himself (one of three roles he has in this film) and Jay shouts the line before running off. The joke being that the movie Phantoms was itself a bomb.
The monster does say How low can you go. It was basically Liev Schrieber who'd become tentacles from the waist down and was crawling towards our heroines. For some reason, there was a pole of something across his way and he crawled under it. It was really stupid, actually.
LOL I'm well aware of the entire Jay and Silent Bob joke. You really did not have to explain to me. I own all 6 of those movies. The only thing I really wanted to know if Ben Affleck did some monster ass kicking and of course the "how low can you go?" scene.
