shareIt wasn't well written, either. There's a scene near the end where he changes the action quickly between two characters. Each line starts with the character's name by itself, then a sentence describing the action. WTF?
Great opening to the book, but the shapeshifting monster was a disappointing denouement.

NxNWRocks, the scene you're describing was supposed to represent one of the characters (I believe it was Tal) looking back and forth from one character to the other. Way to read.
