Does anyone know were most of the movie was filmed.. for instance the cool helicopter scene were there over the bridge?

Yeah, that was filmed on a main road off the highway from Tetevo to Struga in southwestern Macedonia. I used to live there but I never got to see the bridge. It is very tall though from what I have heard. The scene with all the trucks along the border was also filmed in Macedonia near Ohrid (Oak rid) which is right near Struga.

Some of the early scenes including the car chase, shootout and death of Armin Mueller Stahl was filmed in or around Bratislava city centre.

The car chase thru the market place was filmed in front of Slovak National Theatre.
