crazy there is no British/European dvd?

The cliche of the aftermath of the Bosnian conflict (damaged ex soldiers,ex assasins,fugitive gangsters)was often seen in drama series but the best dramatic production based on any sort of reality was this film and it is not available on dvd?

I don't recall ever seeing it on dvd in Britain (it is about British soldiers in Bosnia) but it would be good to see this again.
