I call for a remake

That is, not based on this crappy movie. But based exactly on the book, and then produce a sequel just like the first game. Because this movie was garbage, not only was it not fully explaining Eves control over everyone but everything was censored out, which made it a dull tv movie.

If you've seen this movie and are disappointed then go read the book, it's way more graphic and makes a whole lot more scenes then this POS movie.

this would be a great movie to be remade either by the japanese or the US. i always thought the idea was cool and i used to watch by buddy play the game. it just seemed so cool

considering the big J horror remake craze from a couple of years ago, I'm surprised they didn't remake this

I doubt they would do it now though since that fad is pretty much over

well if you noticed, the movies that were remade were movies that were already successful.

this one is different. it needs to be remade as an entire movie. like a good director needs to make a better adaptation.

I actually think the US style will be more suitable for his movie. It should be way more dramatic and scientific this this movie.

But I really like the ending or rather how the story ended. It was a touching ending.

I would not mind the American producers remove that part though. Just insert not get too cheeky with the lines or humors and there is no need for too much acting anyway. Just plain gore and action.

Emma stone as Eve?

Seriously, a U.S. remake into a gorefest with no need for much acting, and starring Emma Stone? Someone's age and maturity is clearly showing.

This movie IS ripe for a remake, with GOOD acting (as this made-for-tv movie surprisingly had), a decent budget, and most importantly, updated special effects. I wouldn't really care if it was remade in Japan or the U.S., or even if both took a shot at it, as long as the actors and acting were as good as the original and the special effects were modernized. It shouldn't be a CGI fest either, like nearly all movies are nowadays, just good effects WHEN they're appropriate.
