Epic Fail

Movies that are constructed like this one are usually my favorite, but I was very unpleasantly surprised to find out that this one I really did not like. There were too many characters, and there was not enough time given to them to evolve any type of emotional connection to them. When anything happened to any of them, I really did not care. For instance when the girl got raped, I found myself not caring, and even annoyed by her. All it was to me was a scenes of a bunch of random sex, with other scenes sprinkled in. Like I said before, I prefer these types of movies to any other ones, but I just found this one was not executed well at all.

This movie should carry a "Douche O.D." warning. Stuff like this makes me misanthropic enough to wish for a major quake so the west coast can slide away into the ocean.

I agree, it seemed a little too contrived, like they were trying too hard to make people believe how apathetic they were. I was annoyed.

You all missed the point, you aren't supposed care about the characters. It's mocking dramatic movies of the same decade, and quite brilliantly.
