When they show this drama, do they actually say that it is "based on a true story"?

I recorded it last night (on More4), but the recording cut off the first 30 seconds or so.

I just watched it on 4od. They said it was based on a true story and that names had been changed at the very beggining and they also mentioned it was based on a true story at the end when it tells you what happened to the real Kerry
