Is Jimi real?

Am I the only one who found some hints from the director to make the viewer think Jimi is not real either? After all, this was a movie pretty much about existentialism. I'm suprised this has not been discussed here yet...

If you don't have any opinions on this one, what do you think about the game character Solo - how real was he? I mean it was just said that somesort of a virus hit the game, so could we think this was just a virus that would use human psychology to get the game deleted? Even if Solo was living in a maze and he knew he was not "real" he was still existing like everyone else and we could exept he had some reasons to keep living in the game (like the girl?). I mean despite the dark tone of the film, most of the "real" people are not suicidal no matter how crappy life they have... Why did not Solo just ask Jim to alter the game more nicer for him?

I remember at the end of the movie that the whole movie is being rewinded, as if he is supposed to start again. Like in a game.

You got a point.

"What if there is no tomorrow? there wasn't one today...!"
