So this movie was okay, had a few better elements than the book, but not many.

shareI really want to know the name of the song as well. It sounds a bit like Chris Isaak's Wicked Games, even to the similar guitar sounds. However, the man singing the song sounded different from Chris Isaak. The song is soothing and rather haunting in itself. The main chorus sounds like it could be: "I'm haunted by two loves" although I could be wrong. The only lyrics I could catch were: "I don't know what to do," "'cause you're dying to belong," "her touch is fire," pretend that we never met," and "I'm afraid I still love you."

shareI'd give a 7/10. It had a couple of interesting twists, and the acting wasn't too bad. I thought the ending was played out too quickly, though.

I liked it for it's setting. And it treated this type of haunted story a bit differently. Laura instils herself into the mind of her replacement in the small town. Rather than hearing voices ETC which is a stale cliché of this type of film. A bit unusual I thought.
