Is this film offically released?
I read, that this movie wasn't never officially released, but is that really true, as I saw this film back in -99 or -00 from TV here in finland. That sounds like release to me.

it was a made for tv movie, so yes, it was released on tv
its crap though and it wasnt until years later (even more years after your post here) that it was released again on DVD just to cash in on the wave of modern superhero movie releses even though it has nothing to do with current continuity
