Next Stop Wonderland - Great film, poor ending!!!

Next Stop Wonderland was a very enjoyable romantic comedy, but the ending was so unsatisfying. You wait the whole movie for the pair to meet, and all they give us is some pathetic run in on the train and a fade to black after a walk on the beach? I mean c'mon !! ya gotta give us more than that!! It should have been a short and sweet and memorable encounter. And instead, it was uninteresting, and dragged on and on aimlessly until it abruptly ended.
