"You're The One" is the name of the song and you can get it on "Shane MacGowan" On The Snake import cd it is on amazon.com for $12.84-$26.89 not including shipping. You can check it out by going their and looking up his name it should just pop up.

This a wonderful film (I just submitted a review). Several years ago I contacted the people at Hill Harper's official fan site to ask if there was a soundtrack because I could not find it anywhere. I was told, no. And also that I was "...by far the first person to ever ask that question."

Not sure why they would say it like that since the soundtrack was great, I thought. But it gave me a chuckle to hear what sounded like total surprise in their response!

The songs are listed during the end credits but you have to have a fairly large TV screen if you want to be able to read it easily I discovered. The best option may be, for those so inclined, to compile the titles and make your own CD.

I would love to see this film come out on DVD (I have yet to learn how to burn my own) as my VHS tape version has become quite well worn over the years!

I, too, thought that they should have released a soundtrack, as there was some great music in the movie. I'm particularly interested in the song Chad sings solo during the wake. I haven't had any luck trying to find out anything about it. Can anyone help?
