A Criminal Comedy

Let's face it. What Julia does to get her man back is, not only criminal but unforgivable. I couldn't pass that one, not in a comedy, maybe in a film-noir.

The funny thing about that is that she wants him when she can't have him. He tells her he's engaged, then she all of a sudden wants him? She probably always had feelings for him but she just kept him as a back up for so long.

I think they made this movie to have the audience root for Kimmy. She was ridiculous at times but she was a far better person than Jules. I loved how sweet and forgiving she was in the end. She is a better person than I am. I wouldn't have given her the time of day at the end.

Women do horrible things when they are in love or are rejected, revenge stuff and things like that. I assume men do it too...

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

But to be fair, men aren't immune to the role either. That's kind of what makes this movie special, as an anti-romantic comedy.

A person hates you because they either wanna be you, see you as a threat, or hate themself
