His accent
I couldn't finish watching this movie tonight but I kept wondering throughout; why doesn't he have an accent as a kid but when he grows up he does?

He doesn't have an accent when he's a child because he was born in America. Then he goes to England and is there for 25 years, so he comes back with an accent.
