As bad as "2001 : a space travesty".

This movie is remarkably unfunny. I just watched the first twenty mins on Netflix because I wanted to fall asleep.
Wow! I get that it's aimed at children, but I think they underestimate the intelligence level of children too.

Annoyingly bad movie. I had fun yelling Ow! My balls! though because the inept jewel thief kept getting it in the balls. You could see it coming well ahead of time to get ready to yell that catchphrase.
