Yes it's a horrible movie but damn is it an enjoyable one

I remember back in 97 when I was 6 years old and I absolutely loved the movie. I didn't really care about the story or acting, for me it was cool to see so many characters such as Cyrax, Smoke, Ermac, Rain and most of all Jax. Jax rules.

Nowadays when I watch it, I see how bad it really is. But I still think it's very enjoyable. I don't know, maybe it's because of nostalgic reasons.

Have to agree with both of you. I watched this one when I was in Primary school and while I did enjoy it, I still noticed a lot of the flaws in it. Now, I see how badly they underdeveloped so many aspects, shoved tons of characters in it and got rid of them in an instant.

If you can shut your brain off to not think too much when you watch it, then it is alright. If you don't well you're not going to have a very good time with this.

Same, I watched when I was a kid and loved it! I haven't watched it since and have since taken up studying film, so am curious to see just how terrible it is!!

I LOVE this movie. Probably because of nostalgia, but whatever. I don't care. All I know is that I can watch this movie and be thoroughly entertained, despite how obviously bad it is.

I just saw this on tv and it kicks arse xD jaja damn great movie to watch when you have nothing better to do than just *beep* and have a coffee, I enjoyed the cheesy fight scenes, the poor acting, all the A class hot bitches and the fact that the effects were *beep* than *beep* for a late 90s movie.
