Rayden's Haircut

For the longest time I didn't understand why Rayden gets his hair cut. But apparently it has to do with him giving up his immortality. In that case, why exactly did Rayden have to cut his hair when he became mortal?

I think it had more to do with the actor playing Rayden in this one. He didn't have long hair and didn't like the wig.

This movie threw logic out the window from the get go.

reply

That's how it works. You lose your immortality, you lose your long hair.

"It's a new look!"

He looked awful with short hair

reply

The short hair looks more ordinary and, hence, more human?

More practical, the actor who portrayed Raiden in this film probably didn't look as good with long hair as Christopher Lambert did, so they decided to ditch it.
