half ---- and half italian

Why does the father refer to Franklyn as half (blank) and half Italian. Why doesn't he just say the word Black or African American? And then he says he's *beep* hoped I spelled that correctly) when they are talking to Heather Locklear after finding out they're criminals. What does *beep* mean?

I think it's because it's obvious that he is at least partially black.

Uhhhhhhhhhh I think the world must've forgotten about "etiquette and manners".

For 1 thing, this post is dumb to ask...if you're 25 years or older LMFAO

Now with the explanations

If James Russell is the upcoming Son-In-Law to be...why would a rich Italian guy, being the Father in Law to be = Why would he insult a guest by bringing up "race" ??
Vic Damone Jr is half and half. If Franklin (Tucker) was fully Black...he would've taken the suggestion of being referred to Johnathan Smith, so that would easily tell you...he's 1 race/culture.

Also, Italians most of the time don't have Black/African guests over their home much. Hell I should know, I DJ'd for them....they made me feel uneasy and I DJ'd for the Mob.

Also New Line Cinema was part of the Friday Franchise/Nightmare On Elm St. They don't really exhibit racism in their movies (well back then they didn't). Now I love New Line, too bad they sold the company; I was going to join them.

BTW when Pual Sorvino snapped his behind off when he found out the truth about Franklin Hachett, he wasn't happy being "lied to". He felt hustled by a crook and his soon to be son in law.

(watching it now) The kids say it's cool LMAOOOOOOO =)
