Naked Guy?

Who is the middle aged naked guy? (seen climbing into a bath tub if memory serves me correct) From what I remember he is credited at the end of the film & is only referred to by one name.
He does not appear to be listed in the credits on the IMDB though.

Only one I could think of was Sam Ross's henchman who stripped off when he dragged Ezra's body into the pit to saw it up. It's a more memorable character name than 'henchman' I suppose
