Jim Williams never threatened Sonny in front of John Kelso

In the movie, I think the first time Kelso and Jim Williams have a meeting at the prison, Kelso says to Williams that he threatened Sonny. Didn't remember it so I rewinded the scene and couldn't find a single line where Williams would threatened Sonny. In fact, he kept an absolute calm.

Was that line cut or anyone knows what Kelso is talking about ?
