Annick wipe face with hair
Did anyone notice in the scene where Annick is eating she wipes off her mouth with her hair? What was up with that! She did it twice.
shareYes, I noticed. It was probably thrown in to accentuate the fact that she, being French, and he, being British, had quite different views on certain things and even though they were able to have a passionate, sex-related romance, probably would not be compatible long-term.
That is not a trivial issue, I have lived long enough to witness several example of marriages that did not work out largely because the man and woman were from different countries and they were not able to find enough in common after the early romance had worn off.
