What a great movie.

It's worse than that- Our country ignored the 30-year civil war in Guatemala in which over a million people perished. Right on our doorstep. But United Fruit Company et al were there making sure we have the lowest food prices on the planet, thanks to severely underpaid local labor. Even though this film was filmed in Mexico, the implied location was Guatemala.
