Why isn't Mark Ruffalo listed in the credits?

He is in the beginning and such... yet not listed. Does he have a look-alike?

Are you talking about the cop, the one Tommy Lee Jones calls "Nick the d*ck"? If you are I don't think thats Mark Ruffalo but it sure looks like him.

Nick the d*ck is the driver of the van, not a cop.

If you're talking about Nick the van driver, he is Jon Gries, and he looks NOTHING like Mark Ruffalo. Not sure how ANYBODY could confuse one for the other! :)
