Is Zed From Canada?
I ask because up there they pronounce Z "Zed" as opposed to "Zee" like we do here in the US. I know Rip Torn isn't from Canada, but is Zed?

he might be but my thinking is that Zed doesn't refer to Zee as in agent Z but Zed as in the Canadian Zero as in a number even before the number 1 or before the first since I am assuming he is the first or at least among the first agents in MIB

I think the more likely explanation is that there's a Canadian in the staff, either a writer or producer.

Maybe cause Zed sounds a lot cooler than Zee. Yes, I'm Canadian.
