i turned the movie on towards the end so im sure i missed a whole lot, by why does the female detective stick her nad in paul newmans pcoket in the last scene?

She wanted to check, before going on a vacation with Harry, that he still had his male organs intact. You know, he got shot there in the beginning of the movie.

Harry got shot in the right thigh. Rumor was he got shot in his male organs.

It simply wasn't classy and brought an otherwise terrific picture down from an A to an A-minus.

I've finally figured it out... The pretentious call them films, the elderly call them pictures, the normal call them movies and the knuckledraggers call them flicks.

I found it humorous. It referred back to the rumor of his possible "Sun Also Rises" injury.
