Or was it an action of the media to shock the poeple? It was said first that he was only slightly hurt.

The TV reporters at the hospital said that he was suffering from cardiac arrest. So, when his wife said to the media that he's dead, he died not because of the wound inflicted upon him, but because he suffered a cardiac arrest while recuperating.

His wife is unlikely to tearfully announce his death, as part of a media stunt.🐭
