Where was Eddie meant to get cheeseburgers from?

When he was rescuing Ian, Sarah, and Nick from the trailer, they asked him for some burgers. I can understand they would probably be hungry, and burgers would probably give them an energy boost, but where was he meant to find them? What if he was cooking the meat kr nipping to McDons, the trailer broke?

It wasn't literal. They didn't literally want Cheeseburgers. It was to be sarcastic despite the situation they were in.

It is known as a joke. A witticism. Something to lighten the tension.

They were being sarcastic dicks.

Instead of expressing gratitude for him saving their selfish asses, they chose to make a smug jokes at his expense.
