I KNOW WHERE YOU CAN GET THIS MOVIE

Yesterday I saw a VHS copy in Newtown, Sydney, at Civic Video for $2. It was amidst other titles they were selling for $2 (or 8 for $10!). My friend debated purchasing it but decided not to. I haven't seen it but judging from the rating it's not that great so I don't really understand why people are so eager to get their hands on it.

I grabbed it.

Thanks for the heads up.

I don't think I wasted $2 or an hour and a half of my life, which is a good enough recommendation for a film in my books!

LOL! We all think David Tennant is hotter than hot and lurve him as Doctor Who, Cassanova and everything else he's been in!

Well he's not so tasty in this, rather pasty and gawky looking. Sure im a fan but he looks much better in the doctor's sharp tailoring than in a skin tight yellow t-shirt. Him and Julie Delphy are the best things in this movie but that aint sayin much. Just cuz i think he's done some fab stuff recently doesn't mean i love everything he's ever done. Much prefer the short movies up on youtube.

this movie is now on Youtube in its entirety

where on youtube? can't seem to find it. cheers!

Heh, I saw this movie on youtube as well. I thought it was funny on its own merit- Vincent Gallo was worth watching for alone- even though I was only interested in it at first because David Tennant stars in it. It's also funny if you're a Tennant fan to see him in this movie- he looks so young! But wow do the wardrobe people on this film dress him funny. You think the Doctor's hair is wild, take a gander at Tennant hair spraying the hell out of the ginormus pompodour they styled him with near the end of the movie as well as that fugly shirt.

:wails: Its 'The Doctor' NOT 'Doctor Who' as a fan of Tennant... you should know that....

I want this movie....Tennant fangirls will want this movie. Cos Tennant has a lead role in this movie. Heck, I own Being Considered and he's only in like... 5-6 minutes of that!! (Found it in a cheap/bargain store, didn't cost much lol.)

i watched it a few years ago and cant really remember if its worth spending 20 bucks on

Also a bit popular because Vinessa Shaw supposedly shows a little nip in it very briefly, but it's VHS so doubt it'd be worth it in that format.

I was lucky enough to get the vhs copy online and it's really not a bad movie. Johnny has little parts in it and even though his role isn't a main character, it's a cute movie. I've been trying to find it on dvd and it's been a struggle. I've only seen it being sold in a region 2 format and I need either a region 0 or 1. So if anyone knows, I'd appreciate the info. I never pay attention to ratings.

I found a copy in a second hand shop in Japan. The title was changed to Go, go, New York

In Canada, I picked it up at HMV (downtown Vancouver), but it is fullframe. It was part of a 5 for $20 deal. I had never heard of it before, but picked it up because of David Tennant (being a Doctor Who fan).

It's listed on the website, but at the non-promo price of $14.99. And no, you cannot order stuff online at hmv.ca.

It was an okay movie, but I probably wouldn't watch it again for years.
