Does anyone know where the house that faced the water is located. The one Edward burns charecter stayed at with his mother and they had the poker game at?

I know it was in The Rockaways but that's as close as I know.

And it probably costs about half a million dollars today, with a yearly tax bill in the high four to low five figure range, eventhough it is little more than a shack. Afterall, Long Island's Nassau County is the land of $500,000 Levitt homes on which the taxes average $8,000, and these aren't even on the water.

Actually, the house that the movie was filmed in has been torn down. The house was located on Beach 119th Street. A lady named Trudy owned that house for years and years. In the spot where the house was is a new luxury condo building.
