if there is all of that building in the area, wouldn't someone have found the suitcases when they were excavating the area?
shareIf they were dug up in the excavation of foundations, they could easily have been lost or discarded.
If found, anything of value could have been sold by the finder, or the finder would have been unable to trace the original owner from the contents.
