Possible for a Movie Adaptation?

It would be a nice mixture of Indiana Jones meets Murder on the Orient Express. It might work as an animated film, rather than live action, in which case I would love to see the likes of Rick Linklater direct it. It may be so long since the game came out, it's fanfare and splendor might be lost on today's crowd. Nevertheless, it might be fun to see some of these older PC games adapted since some simpler video games are getting a movie treatment.

I guess Robert Cath is in his early 30s. Josh Hartnett might be the kind of actor to bring awareness of the movie.

When I was really into this game in the late 90's/early 00's, I actually e-mailed Smoking Car Productions, asking whether they would even make a game sequel, since there were so many hints that there would be in the story, especially when you give Kronos the egg right before Constantinople instead of blowing the whistle. Several months later I recieved an e-mail saying that the company had actually shut down, but they were trying to get a movie made through other networks. This was at least six years ago.

I always imagined the game as a movie. I think there was a similar thread on this board posted before where we discussed which today's actor would mostly fit the characters.
