...1) rerelease the game and 2) make a sequel. Especially the last one. There needs to be more Robert Cath!

I hardly see any of them happening.
First, it is a quite old game with probably not much appeal for the contemporary gamers used to 3d games. It did recently get rereleased on a website, as a pay-per-download kind of format, but that's about it.
Hence, there will be no sequel. Which is a pity actually, the game left many hooks for a possible one.
What can be done, is a new game that has its connections with TLE, but is independent from it and not a direct sequel, and you don't need to know TLE to understand it.
But most probably, it will just remain an obscure gem that only the six or seven of us on the planet play and enjoy.
