Has anyone explanation who was guy with the money and why he got it, when he (seems to) doesn't know them?

The guy with the money was Movie-Producer Bernd Eichinger. I that's why the credits finally close with "danke Bernd".
So, at least he knows Til Schweiger and Jan Josef Liefers.

It's a cameo by the producer Bernd Eichinger. And the joke is that the money which the cops finds on him comes from Rudi and Martin (Rudi and Martin tell Hank - the gangsterboss - that they mailed his money to random people whose adresses they took from a phone book).
So the point is that the guy with the money doesn't know the guys who sent him the cash and the cop doesn't buy it. Ironically it's the same cop Martin faced inside the gas station.
