In 1998 my then five year old daughter and I were boarding a plane and we were stopped becuase my daughter had a toy lightsaber in her bag. The security lady said that toy weapons were not allowed in carry on luggage and she would have to confiscate it.
My daughter was quite upset as the lightsaber was her favorite toy at the time but after I convinced the security lady that the light saber was just a flashlight with a collapsible plastic tube she let it on the plane.
If a toy weapon is not allowed on board a plane I'm pretty sure a bow and arrow and a dart gun wouldn't be allowed either.
That's freaking me out. What is she doing?
