Cromwell's apartment

Been looking for any info about this one. Thought it's design was great!
Does anyone know if it was a real aparment and where was it located if so?
I mean, the view and interior was fantastic!
Not that I have couple of milions to spend on it ;) Or not at this moment at least ;)
But would be interesting to see if it's realy there somewhere ;)
