i thought for years that the line was:

ORDELL
"What the fuck happened to you, man? Her ass used to be beautiful."
as in referring to Melanie.

however the script online and Sam Jackson's parody on James Corden show say:
ORDELL
"What the fuck happened to you, man? Shit, your ass use'tabe beautiful."
as in.. he can't believe Louis is such a fuckup after being an awesome crook.
