Does that make any sense? What did Ordell mean by that?

I wondered the same, then I thought, maybe he thinks his ass looks dumb. I dunno, still doesn't make much sense. Tarantino just likes playing around with words I guess.

Doesn't Jackie say in one scene something like "Ordell thinks he's very clever when in fact he isn't." So to stress that point they made him use some not very funny wordplay.

i don't know what he ment but it was a rubbish line which was not at all cool, at all. the whole film is try-hard
