Gere + Willis Didn't Get Along? See Trivia

In the trivia for this movie, it is stated that Gere and Willis vowed to never work with each other again. I have also heard Sylvester Stallone say he wouldn't work with Gere and says the guy is a real jerk. Anyone have any information about the relationship between Willis and Gere on this movie? Anyone here any other rumors like this about Gere?

It is interesting to note that perhaps the rumor about Gere sticking gerbals up his rear end might have to do with the fact he is generally disliked.
