I have been looking for a download of "On Springfield Mountain" by Tara Maclean for days. This is the song that plays at the beginning of the end credits. I can't find it on iTunes or on LimeWire. I've been looking for it for quite some time with no success. You'll probably have better luck going through Amazon or checking out a chain that features used cd's.
It is a great song and it's a shame it is so hard to come by.
My brother a whiz on finding songs...I'll ask him. I know how it is to not be able to find a song. Just the other day he found me "Holiday Road" by Lindsey Buckingham from National Lampoon. I couldn't believe Itunes didn't have it.
shareWow! I also am dying to find this song. I saw "Inventing The Abbots" on cable TV the other night and loved "On Springfield Mountain" -- The music and especially the lyrics. Now I wish I would have recorded it then, but I just assumed I could locate it via a "Google" search. No luck as yet and I have spent hours searching one lead after another ... after another. I'm so eager to find this song that when I happened upon this board I decided to register and join in order to read messages as well as post (something I've rarely done before now). So ... Is there anyone out there who knows of a link to this song?
