Holy Trinity of NYC Teen Films

If anyone has ever seen these movies, Kids (1995), Hurricane Streets (19??) and All Over Me (1997), put up a post and share your thoughts of the fims mentioned. I personally loved all of them, as well as other "teen", and I use That term loosely, films, for example: Gregg Araki's "Teen Apocalypse Trilogy," as well as earlier teen films, such as "Bad Boys" (198?) Please share your thoughts and recommend other films as well.

"I know of no greater death than that of a literary death." I think Hemmingway said it.

Well, four more that I think fall into the great N.Y.C. teen film category are:

Just Another Girl on the I.R.T. (1992)
Girls Town (1996)
Our Song (2000)
Raising Victor Vargas (2002)

I think all four are great, but I absolutely loved "Just Another Girl..." and "Victor Vargas".

Another good indie teen film is Water Lilies, even though it has NOTHING to do with NYC.

L.I.E. is another great one.

The short one's gawking at me and the tall one's being very droll.

ive always thought of Hurricane Streets as a companion film to Kids
