Can we be 100% sure that Jackie kill Marty at the end ?

I know its implied she kills him , and likely that is the outcome but im just playing devil's advocate here...I mean it just fades to white. Leslie could have ran out screaming in horror just from the fact that Marty chose to descend back into the insanity himself and never leave.
