Herc finds Philliptitis on an island with only nymphs and goats. He is in fact half man, half goat.

What are we supposed to infer from this?

Satyrs were lustful and very much known for their high sexual libido.
So I would say that Disney were simply being faithful to the old myths here without showing too much.
