problems with US DVD

I have now purchased two copies of this DVD, and neither one will work. I've tried it on multiple DVD players (neither of which have problems with other DVDs). Anyone know what the deal is with that/where I can get a refund/where I can get ahold of a DVD that will actually PLAY?
