What is the name of the music at the end?

Not the credits music, but the music during the final beach scene before the final two gunshots. It plays at various other times too. I think it's the movie's theme music. Does anyone know the name? Or where I can find an mp3 of it? I tried Google, but it's hard to pinpoint this music.

It's by Joe Hisaishi and there is a CD out that's called 'Kitano Meets Hisaishi' which collects the music from all of the Kitano films that Hisaishi has worked on and as you would expect it's all very good. There's also a Hana-bi soundtrack out.

The title of the track is "Thank You For Everything" by composer Joe Hisaishi. If you like the music for this film, I'd also suggest checking out the soundtrack for Kitano's "Brother", composed by Joe Hisaishi as well.

I saw this movie about 6 years ago and all I can remember is the beautiful music. I can't think of the name of it now though (I did manage to download it years ago). I'm just glad others have the same appreciation!
