Any releases?

I cannot find this film anywhere, except as a VHS rip, I mean can you even buy this anywhere? I watched it once late night years ago and it stayed with me and want to check it out again, preferably in at least higher definition than 384p which is what I have now, even a DVD will do, MadVR will do the rest. Anyone know? Also, if anyone has English subs for this, that would be great, point me to them, I can't seem to find them either in any of the usual sources.

You can get a copy of the DVD on Amazon used for around $16 used. Unfortunately it's full screen and doesn't look to great imo.
