Out of these two films, which one did you really like best, this one - A Tale of Terror or the famous and popular 1937 Disney animation 60 years earlier?

Also, besides the title, do you think the two films have much, if anything, in common and were the filmmakers basically really planning to make a terrifying "more adult" live film version of that Disney animated classic when making this one?
