Should it be renamed "crazy ex-boyfriend?"

The cw is airing a show this fall that picks up right where this film left off. A character gives up their dream job on the east coast to follow a love interest to the west coast. Except, instead of being portrayed as a cure for someone who had court-ordered behavioral issues, it is used as grounds for labeling someone as "crazy".

So, to summarize, when a woman follows up on a summer fling, that's crazy, but when a man follows up on a one-night stand, well, then it's crazy not to do it. I mean, what could possibly go wrong? Oscars all around!!!

What are you talking about? They did not have only one date and SHE said she loved HIM.

But ignoring that, seriously what kind of woman would take him back when he arrives in cali after he practically hit her, knocked her up against a wall, and was a total jerk to every person in the movie? It's basically one of those liberal "apologize and your owed forgiveness" types of movies. Kinda like how they say cheating is "no big deal".

What are you talking about? He never touched her during that scene. As his reaction was perfectly understandable since the discussion touched his feelings about being abused as an orphan. And anyway she told him again that she loved him during the last phone call.

Also, Will didn't have a dream job on the east coast, in Boston. I thought for a lot of the movie Will actually seemed bored in Boston, looking to go somewhere else.
