David Paymer.

At first I thought it was him.

Just caught this on YouTube...yeah, he does look like Paymer, with maybe a little Michael Lerner thrown in.

The Agony Booth review of this calls him Mayor Ebert.

I thought he looked like MJ with old fat man make up on.

Good make up job...but MJ acted like MJ. He moved like MJ, etc.

I recall first seeing this and there was no castlist to look up.
First time I saw the Mayor I said it was MJ in make up. He may have been a great singer/songwriter...but he could not act.

And so, God came forth and proclaimed widescreen is the best.
