its a horrid attempt at a disguised remake of all about eve which by the way is a phenomenal movie. im not gonna lie though i watch this movie every damn time it comes on bc the singing is so bad i struggle to comprehend how the movie got made. I LOVE IT!!!!!! the acting is even worse than the singing.

Oh my gosh! Friends til the End and Co-Ed Call Girl are 2 of my favorite TV movies! I also love the one where Kelli Martin kills Tori Spelling and the one where Tori Spelling's boyfriend tries to kill her. It's called Mother, May I Sleep with Danger. No, seriously. That's what it's called. And the one where Shannen Doherty joins a cult called Satan's School for Girls. Just the titles alone are hilarious!

OH MY GOSH, jenifefa, you are 100% spot on! Those are the greatest movies ever! Personally, I think all Lifetime movies should be required to star a former Beverly Hills 90210 actress. Long live old-school Lifetime movies that are so bad, they're good!

PS--Tori Spelling's boyfriend tries to kill her in all of her Lifetime movies...you might need to clarify that description. ;)

Everytime I think of this movie I can taste that horrible mac and cheese I ate while watching it when I had the flu. I hate this movie so much I love it. I still hate that horrible mac and cheese, though.

Yup, Kerryann nailed it. Brittany Spears does All About Eve. Tough call; which is worse: acting or singing. But then how a no talent hack like BSpears makes more than a dime dancing & singing boggles the mind; it reminds me of something I once heard:

"You'll never go broke underestimating the American public's taste and intelligence."

On the 1-10 scale of best movies to clean the house and dump the garbage by: this is a 10.

I love all the movies that some said they like and some said they hate. "Friends 'Til The End", "Co-Ed Call Girl", and "Death of a Cheerleader" are all some of my favorite tv movies. Some parts are cheesy, but what more do you want from a lifetime movie.

I wonder what it is about this movie. It's got something of a cult following. I just happened on to it on VH1, caught the end and then watched it all the way through later. I like the music and Shannen Doherty as Heather is just one of those girls you want to see taken down a notch anyway, just because her whole life just seems so perfect. I mean, great parents, idyllic house in the suburbs, guys standing in line to date her, good shot at a music career. What could be better ;)

It's good to know I may not be the only one who gets excited when I see that "Death of a Cheerleader" is on! I've loved that one for years! I just saw "Friends Til the End" for the first time today (right after "Death") and loved it! LMN ROCKS!!!!!

The acting is not very good here, agreed. Shannen Doherty does well enough with the material she's given, but she's not great.
But the singing here is awful! The songs themselves were pretty good, but how they ever could replace 'Heather' with 'Suzanne' here is beyond me, as Heather had the better voice certainly.

That said, its a 'guilty pleasure' kind of film, like others that were mentioned: "Mother May I Sleep with Danger", "Co-Ed Call Girl", "Death of a Cheerleader", and I want to add "Awake to Danger" to that list.

I'm sorry, but to all you BEEEEEEPs, I think you have it all wrong. This is one of the all-time best made for TV movies ever. It is not high quality cinema. It's a fun, entertaining movie that's not meant to be taken seriously. Shannen and Jennifer are awesome in it, the songs are great, the singing is perfectly fine rock band singing, and it's easy to watch 1000x. That's just my opinion and I had to state it. Thank you.
